Shipping Guide
- Delivery period will be 1 ~ 2 days after payment is confirmed, and if it is a reserved item, it will be shipped sequentially from the order date.
- Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday, so you will not be able to receive items on Sundays and holidays.
- Delivery may be delayed depending on the situations of the courier company for reasons such as holiday, year-end, and weather conditions.
- The arrival time of the product depends on the schedule of the courier company, so kindly understand if it cannot be delivered at your desired time.
Policies on Exchange & Return

Exchange or return of products due to simple change of mind based on personal preference is not allowed.

Upon receiving the product, check the status of the product immediately and in the event of product defects, such as product deterioration or damage that can be seen objectively, 100% return/exchange processing is possible, and please take a photo and send it to the seller's contact network for us to check the details of the defect.

Please note that if the customer returns the product due to simple change of mind, shipping charges for the customer may occur.
(However, if there is no defect with opened product / fresh food, the refund will not be processed.)
